Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E./MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
- 2-4 years experience in functional testing or QA roles, ideally in BFSI, analytics, or AI product environments.
- Familiarity with testing AI/ML systems, APIs, or data-driven applications; knowledge of Python is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail), bug tracking, and automation frameworks.
- Analytical thinker with high attention to detail, strong documentation, and clear communication skills.
- Working understanding of banking workflows, compliance requirements, and Agile best practices is an advantage.
