1. Pipeline Generation (50%)
- Develop and execute targeted outbound strategies for APAC.
- Identify high-potential prospects and convert them to opportunities.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
2. Sales Execution (30%)
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and track progress.
- Collaborate with sales team to optimize outreach strategies.
- Conduct thorough prospecting, discovery, and probing to qualify leads.
3. Market Insights (20%)
- Understand market dynamics within the APAC region.
- Provide feedback on client needs and competitor activities.
- Leverage insights to refine sales and marketing strategies.

- 2-5 years of experience in aggressive outbound B2B SaaS sales
- Strong track record of quota attainment
- Solid lead generation and pipeline-building capabilities
- Excellent prospecting, discovery, and probing skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM and sales tools such as Sales Navigator and HubSpot

Reports to Head of APAC sales, Jitender Goswami. Within 1.5-2 years, potential growth to senior BDR or account executive/ account management roles based on performance.
