Position description: Responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a sales team, and implementing strategic initiatives to meet sales targets and enhance customer relationships.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive sales across Tier 1, 2 3 cities.
- Visit 40?50 retailers and school partners weekly.
- Ensure product placement stock availability.
- Work closely with distributors for order collection and payment follow-ups.
- Build strong relationships with distributors retailers, K8 schools coaching centers, as well as teachers education hubs.
- Execute market mapping, promotions new launches.
- Track competitor activity and share insights.
- What Success Looks Like
- 150?200 active retailers/partners per month.
- Consistent reorder flow.
- Strong beat coverage and market visibility.
