- Pull weekly/monthly bank statements from multiple banking portals.
- Maintain organized digital records of all bank statements for audit/reference.
- Post bank transactions accurately based on bank statement data.
- Correctly classify each transaction to the appropriate GL code and cost center.
- Investigate and resolve any unclear or unmatched bank entries.
- Post invoices into the accounting/ERP system ensuring correct coding, dates, and supporting documents.
- Process and post ACH transactions, including vendor payments, recurring ACH withdrawals, and automatic debits.
- Reconcile ACH transactions with bank statements to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and post mortgage journal entries (principal, interest, escrow, charges, etc.).
- Prepare and post payroll journal entries (wages, taxes, deductions, employer contributions).
- Post additional standard journal entries (bank charges,



loan payments, credit card payments, recurring JEs).
- Resolve reconciliation differences and document adjustments.
- Collaborate with the AP team to ensure vendor payments match bank postings.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOPs, and audit requirements.
- Identify process gaps and contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining and updating SOPs and workflows.
