Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Informatica Senior MDM Lead with 7 to 11 years of experience in Master Data Management solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Informatica MDM, SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, and Python, along with experience in leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale data management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Informatica MDM solutions.
- Manage and mentor MDM developers and technical team members.
- Configure MDM data models, match & merge rules, survivorship rules, and data quality processes.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
- Design and develop Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Utilize Python for automation, scripting, and data-processing activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver business requirements.




- Support data governance initiatives and ensure data quality standards.
- Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Participate in solution design reviews and technical discussions.

- Strong experience in database development using Oracle PL/SQL and SQL.
- Experience leading teams and handling client/stakeholder interactions.

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
