The Role - Complete

Your job has three parts:

Part 1 Before the session
Call warm inbound leads who've already shown interest in our trading program. Build a genuine conversation. Answer basic questions. Get them to commit to attending our demo session offline or online.

Part 2 At the session
Be present at the venue or online event. When our mentor closes enrollments live during the demo, you sit at the desk and process payments QR, UPI, or direct collection.

Part 3 After the session
Follow up with attendees who haven't completed payment yet. Remind them professionally and persistently on WhatsApp and call until payment is fully collected.

No pressure selling. No pitching. The mentor does the convincing. You get them there, collect when they're ready, and follow up until it's done.

Your Day-to-Day

- Call warm leads and qualify their interest
- Follow up on WhatsApp consistently no lead goes cold
- Confirm and reconfirm attendance before every session
- Be present on event days at the venue or online
- Collect payments at the desk post-mentor presentation
- Follow up on pending payments until fully collected
- Update CRM after every interaction

What This Role Does NOT Include

- No cold calling every lead is warm and inbound




- No high-pressure selling mentor handles enrollment pitch
- No random targets with no support — full SOPs and scripts from Day 1

Compensation

Fixed: 20,000 – 30,000/month based on experience

Incentive Structure:

- 200–300 per confirmed show-up you generate
- 2%–3% on cash collected from enrollments you contributed to
- Exceptional performers unlock up to 5% as collections grow

Real earning example:
15 enrollments 20,000 program fee = 3,00,000 collected
Your incentive: 6,000 at 2% | 9,000 at 3% | 15,000 at 5%
Add fixed salary: Total month = 35,000 – 45,000+

Salary revision as early as Day 45 for top performers.

Who Should Apply

- Spoken Hindi confident + basic to good English
- 0–2 years in student counselling, tele-calling, EdTech, BPO, admissions, or customer-facing roles
- Freshers with strong communication welcome
- Comfortable being physically present at sessions — this is not a fully remote role
- Comfortable collecting payments and handling basic payment queries
- Fast on WhatsApp follow-up — persistent without being pushy
- Female candidates only
- Can commute to Noida Sector 63 on event days
