About the Role

We are hiring experienced professionals for Store Manager and Floor Manager positions for a leading Jewellery Retail Brand in Greater Noida. Candidates with strong experience in jewellery retail, team handling, sales, and showroom operations are preferred.

1. Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete showroom operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Drive store sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor daily sales performance, KPIs, and team productivity.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain premium showroom standards.
- Oversee inventory management, stock audits, and shrinkage control.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth store operations.
- Prepare and review MIS reports and store performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Eligibility

- 4–10 years of total experience in Jewellery Retail.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager role.
- Robust experience in team handling and showroom operations.
- Excellent sales, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery retail and sales processes.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

2. Floor Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the sales floor and ensure excellent customer engagement.




- Guide, monitor, and support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets.
- Allocate customers and manage sales floor activities effectively.
- Ensure proper jewellery product display and merchandising.
- Monitor showroom presentation and service standards.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Track individual team performance and provide regular guidance.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving store sales and operational goals.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and jewellery handling procedures.

Eligibility

- 3–8 years of experience in Jewellery Retail or Luxury Retail.
- Prior experience in team handling and sales floor management.
- Jewellery Retail experience will be highly preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
- Excellent sales and convincing abilities.
- Presentable personality with a customer-centric approach.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with Jewellery Retail experience will be preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work on weekends and during festive seasons.
