We are seeking an analytical marketing professional who will be responsible for streamlining and managing all client communications across multiple channels. The person will also be accountable for performance tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement of these campaigns.

Key Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in marketing communications, CRM marketing, or digital campaign management.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, automation platforms, and analytics dashboards.
- Exposure to AI tools and vendor coordination (video/creative).
- Strong ownership, execution, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Communication Strategy & Alignment

- Own product marketing strategy & execution across lifecycle (activation, engagement, retention).
- Drive multi-channel campaigns (in-app, push, email, WhatsApp) aligned to product and business goals.
- Align cross-functional teams (product, sales, servicing, design)



to ensure communications are relevant and timely.

Campaign Management

- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across in-app, push, email, and other digital channels.
- Leverage AI for personalization, targeting, and content optimization.
- Manage video/content vendors for high-impact creatives.
- Create communication calendars and ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and product updates.
- Work with design and content teams to deliver engaging, impactful creatives.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

- Track campaign performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, engagement).
- Build dashboards and reports for management visibility.
- Identify gaps, test recent strategies (A/B testing, personalization), and implement improvements.

Process Streamlining & Automation

- Establish standard operating processes for client communication.
- Work with tech/product to set up automation and segmentation for targeted messaging.
