- Follow process guidelines, SOPs and compliance requirements.
- Document customer interactions and update relevant systems.
- Meet quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Valuable listening, problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Prior experience in International Voice / Customer Support preferred.
- Comfortable working in rotational/US shifts.
