Job Description:

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

- Must-Have Robust hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux or other Linux distributions.
- Solid understanding of LDAP concepts and integration (e.g., FreeIPA, 389 Directory Server).
- Expertise in user and group management, including policy enforcement.
- Experience in UID and GID mapping, remediation, and compliance alignment.
- Competence in creating documentation and performing impact analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with Red Hat Satellite, Kerberos, SSSD, or related technologies.
- Strong Understanding on Change Management Process Strong Understanding of Incident Management Process.
- Good to have Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory integration with Unix/Linux systems.
- Experience with Centrify (Delinea Server Suite)



or similar Unix identity extensions.
- Exposure to identity governance tools or platforms involved in identity synchronization or automation.
- Good understanding and work experience on ITSM tools Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role Closely work with client and cross function team to fulfill and resolve any inquiry and change request.
- Follow the ITIL process and implement the same wherever needed.
- Troubleshot and recover any access or identity related issues Identify any issues, analyze the cause, and log the same for RCA and future reference.
- Provide inputs to improve day-to-day operations and process streamlining.
- Follow the customer set SLA, respond to tickets/chat/calls, and provide technical support in a timely manner.
- prepare documents and SOP’s for newly introduced device or process and improve the existing one.
