- Manage end-to-end import processes, ensuring timely shipment execution and documentation accuracy.
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers for shipment schedules and necessary documentation.
- Review and verify import documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, insurance documents, and other statutory paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs requirements, and government policies.
- Track shipment status and proactively resolve operational delays or documentation issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all import transactions and regulatory documents.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- Certification in Import-Export Management is an added advantage.
- Possess strong knowledge of customs procedures, import documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrate excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
