Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Delivery Executive to manage both field and office operations. The role involves handling coordination, document collection, office administration, reporting, and communication activities. The candidate should be comfortable working in the field for 2-4 days a week and from the office on the remaining days.

Role & responsibilities

- Visit government offices, vendors, and other relevant authorities for operational tasks.
- Collect, submit, and verify documents as per process requirements.
- Conduct client follow-ups and coordinate for pending documentation or approvals.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned field activities and update status regularly.

Office Operations

- Handle documentation, record maintenance, and operational reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth process execution.
- Prepare and submit daily work reports to the reporting manager.
- Maintain accurate records and update operational trackers.

Communication & Coordination





- Draft skilled emails and maintain effective written communication with clients, vendors, and government authorities.
- Respond to client queries and provide regular status updates.
- Maintain professional communication with all stakeholders.

Data Management

- Use MS Excel and Google Sheets for data entry, tracking, reporting, and maintaining operational records.
- Prepare reports, trackers, and MIS as required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in operations, field coordination, documentation, or customer service.
- Knowledge of government documentation processes will be an added advantage.

Working Pattern

Field Work: 2-4 days per week.

Office Work: Remaining days from office for documentation, reporting, and coordination activities.
