Hiring US Telecom Process (International Voice)

Location: Noida

Process: US Telecom International Voice

Shift: Rotational Night Shift (US Shift)

Working Days: 5 Days Working | Rotational Week Off

Mode: Work from Office

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls for a US telecom client.

Resolve customer queries related to mobile, internet, billing, plans, and technical issues.

Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and productivity targets.

Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.

Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Eligibility:

Graduate/Undergraduate.

Excellent English communication skills.

Minimum 6 months of International Voice experience preferred (Freshers can apply if the process allows).

Comfortable working in US rotational shifts.
