- Ability to conduct due diligence independently on loan requests.
- Underwriting loans.
- Basic financial knowledge of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow.
- Ensure all work is completed as per instructions.
- Advanced skills in Excel and good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Open to working in night shifts.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- B.Com is mandatory; MBA in Finance preferred.
- Ability to take initiative.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
