Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead the JDE technical team and manage technical deliverables, reviews, meetings, and timelines.
- Work hands-on with APPLs, UBEs, TCs, ER Debugger, NER, C BSFN/BSFN debugging, and Workflows.
- Develop and support solutions using BSSV, Orchestrator, CafeOne, Form Personalization, and Form Externalization.
- Design and develop interfaces and support integration requirements.
- Prepare technical specifications, technical documentation, and development deliverables.
- Provide technical support across CRP, SIT, UAT, and post-go-live phases.
- Work closely with functional consultants to gather and analyze technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions.
- Collaborate with functional and testing teams for unit and functional testing.
- Handle data migration activities and related technical requirements.
- Support JDE implementation, upgrade, AMS, and rollout projects.
- Mentor and manage technical team members and ensure quality deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with clients, functional teams, testing teams, and other stakeholders.
- Work independently and manage multiple technical activities as required.
