Overview:
The role is primarily responsible for maintenance and servicing of our product (BPI) (CVI) deployed at various government and corporate locations in given territory.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Understand the basics of electrical electronics
Should be able to troubleshoot the issue to the board/ component level
Effectively communicate to the customer
To perform preventive checks, repairs, corrective action and maintenance.
Open to work during weekends, holidays and nights
Responsible to attend filed complaints and preventive maintenance
Education:
Minimum Qualification Diploma B.tech in Electronics or Instrumentation.
Minimum 1-4 years experience in the field service of electronic equipment
