- Operate and monitor plant equipment such as pumps, compressors, reactors, and pipelines.
- Ensure smooth operation of the chemical plant as per standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Monitor process parameters like temperature, pressure, flow, and level.
- Perform routine checks and maintain records of plant operations in log sheets.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunction or abnormal plant conditions.
- Assist in plant start-up, shutdown, and emergency handling procedures.
- Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with plant safety and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for troubleshooting and repairs.
