Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for bulk intermediates, solvents, and specialty chemicals.
- Manage the complete procurement cycle.
- Build and maintain coordination with vendors & internal stakeholders.
- Follow the GMP guidelines.
- Explore the new saving opportunities.
- Implement E Procurement tools.
- Coordinate supplier technical audits.
- Manage contract negotiations covering pricing formulas (linked to feedstock indices like crude, benzene, metal index etc.), credit terms, and supply security clauses.
- Collaborate with R&D; and process engineering teams to source recent molecules for scale-up and commercialization.
- Partner with logistics to optimize multi-modal chemical transportation (tankers, ISO tanks, bulk containers, hazardous cargo handling).
