Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SAP EWM ABAP Consultants to join our team. As the SAP EWM ABAP Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading ABAP development activities for SAP EWM projects, providing technical expertise, and supporting the implementation and optimization of SAP EWM solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid ABAP programming skills, expertise in SAP EWM modules, and experience working on complex EWM projects.

Responsibilities

ABAP Development Lead the design, development, and implementation of ABAP based solutions to enhance and extend the functionality of SAP EWM, including enhancements, user exits, custom reports, and interfaces.

Customization Customize standard SAP EWM functionality using ABAP programming language to address specific business requirements and optimize warehouse operations.

Integration Develop and implement interfaces between SAP EWM and other systems using ABAP technologies such as RFC, BAPI, and IDoc, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration.

Technical Leadership Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior ABAP developers and technical teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and project standards.

Requirement Analysis Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ABAP developments.

Testing Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for ABAP developments, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing UAT, ensuring the quality and reliability of developed solutions.





Documentation Create and maintain technical documentation for ABAP developments, including technical specifications, code documentation, and test scripts.

Performance Optimization Identify opportunities for performance optimization and tuning of ABAP developments to improve system performance and efficiency.

Technical Support Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to endusers and technical teams for SAP EWM related issues and enhancements.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as an SAP ABAP Developer with a focus on SAP EWM projects.

Expertise in SAP EWM Indepth knowledge and handson experience with SAP EWM modules, including Warehouse Structure, Master Data, Warehouse Process Types, and Goods Movement.

ABAP Programming Skills Proficiency in ABAP programming language, including development of enhancements, user exits, custom reports, and interfaces specific to SAP EWM.

Integration Skills Experience developing interfaces between SAP EWM and other systems using ABAP technologies such as RFC, BAPI, and IDoc.

Testing Skills Experience developing and executing comprehensive test plans for ABAP developments, ensuring the quality and reliability of developed solutions.

Communication Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

Problem Solving Skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions.

Teamwork Ability to work effectively as part of a project team, collaborating with functional consultants, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver successful SAP EWM projects.
