Our client is seeking an experienced Loading & Dispatch Officer to supervise cement packing, truck loading, weighbridge control, and dispatch operations to ensure accurate, quick, and compliant material movement as per sales orders.
Requirements
- Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in Packing & Dispatch
- Qualification: Graduate; MBA
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise cement packing and truck loading (50 kg bags, bulkers, big bags).
- Allocate manpower and coordinate truck placement for smooth loading.
- Ensure correct product, bag type, and quantity as per sales order.
- Monitor packer machines, conveyors, and coordinate with maintenance during breakdowns.
- Manage weighbridge checks, legal bag weight compliance, and periodic check-weighment.
- Maintain daily dispatch records and bag stock reconciliation.
- Receive and verify empty bag stock from suppliers; track consumption.
- Issue loading slips and operate RFID/ERP for dispatch control.
- Maintain housekeeping and minimize bag damage during loading.
