- Typing Speed: 3035 WPM
- Typing Accuracy: 95%+
- Positive communication and basic computer skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle back-office and data processing activities.
- Update and maintain customer records accurately.
- Verify information and complete assigned documentation.
