Roles and Responsibility

- Design and implement secure IAM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential security threats.
- Develop and maintain documentation of IAM processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on IAM best practices.
- Monitor and analyze log files and system logs to detect potential security incidents.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including threat modeling and risk assessment.
- Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint or similar technologies.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks such as HIPAA or PCI-DSS.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
