- Manage and coordinate export-import operations, including documentation and customs clearance.
- Develop and implement effective import-export strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with changes in trade policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of imports and exports.
- Analyze data to optimize logistics and shipping processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing international trade.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of international trade laws and regulations.
- Experience in managing export-import operations, preferably in the employment or recruitment industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
