Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Engineer ESS to provide technical service and field support for hybrid inverters, home inverters, and battery energy storage systems. The role will involve installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support across customer and dealer/distributor locations in the Delhi NCR region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, commission, test, diagnose, and troubleshoot hybrid inverters and home inverters.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of battery and inverter systems.
- Conduct site visits across the Delhi NCR region as required.
- Provide technical guidance and support to dealers/distributors on product installation, operation, and best practices.
- Maintain service reports, fault logs, warranty records, and other technical documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Support,



and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues and improve service quality.
- Collect and share product/service feedback to support continuous product improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or ITI or Graduate in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in field service or after-sales support for inverters, UPS, battery systems, or related products.
- Hands-on experience with lithium-ion battery systems will be an added advantage.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and field support.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with hands-on experience in inverter, UPS, ESS, battery, or power electronics service will be preferred.
