JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: Delhi/NCR, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida.

Role Type: Field Sales
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven *Medical Representative* to promote
our pharmaceutical and healthcare products to doctors, chemists, and hospitals.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare
professionals, increasing product visibility, and achieving monthly sales targets.
KRAs:-
- Doctor Coverage: Visit assigned E-grade and other category doctors, hospitals, and
clinics as per daily route plan. Educate them about product features, perks, and
clinical data.
- Sales & Target Achievement: Achieve monthly prescription and sales targets. Focus on
new doctor acquisition and conversion.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with doctors,
chemists, and stockists. Ensure high product recall and loyalty.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, pricing, new launches, and market
trends. Share regular feedback with the manager.
- Chemist & Stockist Management: Ensure product availability at chemist outlets.




Coordinate with stockists for timely orders and inventory management.
- Reporting: Submit daily call reports, tour programs, and monthly business analysis.
Maintain proper records of samples and promotional materials.
- Brand Promotion: Conduct CMEs, small group meetings, and product presentations
to enhance brand awareness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in B.Sc / B.Pharm / D.Pharm preferred

- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates in pharma sales can apply
- Skills: Good communication skills, convincing ability, self-motivated, and
presentable
- Other: Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license. Willingness to travel
extensively.
