- Design and deliver corporate training programs on soft skills, personality development, and communication
- Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop customized training solutions to address them.
- Develop curriculum materials, presentations, and assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in corporate training or learning & development.
- Robust understanding of soft skills such as communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving etc.
- Ability to design engaging training programs that meet business objectives.
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts simply.
