Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain complex COBOL programs for mainframe systems using CICS and VSAM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions that meet customer needs.
- Troubleshoot issues related to program execution, data processing, and system performance on mainframes.
- Develop technical documentation for code changes, bug fixes, and new features.

Job Requirements :

- 6-15 years of experience in mainframe development with expertise in COBOL programming language.
- Solid understanding of DBMS (CICS) concepts and ability to work with large datasets.
- Proficiency in developing JCL jobs for batch processing on mainframes.
