As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for employees and employers using their health insurance and health benefits. You'll help them navigate claims, coverage and everyday queries with clarity and care, including riding out to hospitals when someone needs support in person. This is often someone's hardest week, and how you show up for them matters as much as how quick the claim gets resolved.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Help employees and employers use their health insurance and health benefits in the most seamless way possible.
- Develop a deep understanding oduct, systems and processes.
- Address queries on our product and services accurately and on time, over phone, email or chat.
- Meet response time targets for all support queries.
- Travel by bike to hospitals to support members with cashless claims and admissions in person.
- Coordinate with insurance partners for resolution or clarification when needed.
- Work with internal and external teams to ensure quick resolution of customer issues.
- Drive 100% customer retention by delivering an extraordinary experience.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 0-3 years of experience in customer service or support, across voice, chat or email. Freshers are welcome.
- Extreme empathy. You genuinely care about people, especially when they're anxious or unwell.
- Fluency in English and Tamil, both written and spoken.
- A two-wheeler and a valid driving licence, for hospital visits across Coimbatore.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
