We are looking for candidates for an AI/GenAI Operations Monitoring & L1 Support role involving 247 rotational shifts, including night and weekend support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 support for AI/GenAI models and applications
• Monitor model execution and data pipelines
• Track deviations and analyze issues
• Raise and manage incidents through ServiceNow and defined escalation processes
• Support production AI/GenAI workflows and ensure timely issue resolution
• Work closely with Data Engineers and Data Scientists
Must-Have Skills
Python
SQL
Linux commands
Basic L1 application support
Basic understanding of DevOps, Data Science & Data Engineering
ServiceNow / ticket management
- Weekend working as per roster with weekday weekly offs
• Night-shift cab facility available
• Additional night-shift payout as per eligibility
• No WFH
• Travel allowance available for candidates not opting for company transport in Bangalore & Hyderabad
