Responsibilities

- Identify key engineering initiatives based on customer requirements, new applications and services and assess the technical or infrastructure feasibility with the products team (MAAS).
- Product evaluation, solution architecture designing and testing and roll out plan for existing and new services, including design of tools needed for operation of these recent services and systems.
- Gather requirements, prepare architecture design, conduct technical and cost feasibility study, implement, and resolve issues to meet timelines and customer requirements.
- Responsible for developing, designing, and maintaining all systems including storage, load balancers, servers, and routers or switches.
- Develop tools to proactively monitor the system aspects such as utilization of backbone, alerts taking place etc.
- Develop tools to proactively monitor the Application system aspects such as utilization of RAM, CPU, Storage and alerts taking place etc.
- Support presales in solutioning, support service delivery and ongoing monitoring and maintenance.
- Define the work process flow between different functions group for new implementations, existing support, and tracking.
- Define parameters, guidelines with respect to tracking, data management for NOC/SA/SOC team.
- Evaluate and validate new technologies to improve customer satisfaction.




- Review escalations to support the service assurance during service and system issues.
- Define resolution mechanism to prevent recurrence of escalations.
- Evaluate vendors for outsourcing requirements for software based developement
- Lead optimization and efficiency projects
- Angular and JAVA code review
- CICD pipeline review for GISS approval
- People manager to build the team and support the team to complete the project developemet with different technologies python, JAVA, Cloud, Network service like l1, l2,l3 vpn services

Requirements
- Technical/ Engineering degree with 10-12 years of relevant experience
- Zabbix export for MAAS. Functional understanding and implement the MAAS functions flow
- Experience in planning, designing, and implementing Network systems and engineering operations.
- Experience and understanding of service provider and enterprise network operations.
- Knowledge of new and upcoming network system, application, and technologies
- Knowledge of network security and its applications
- Experience of network and cloud Infrastructure (Compute, KPI, Storage, backup, network, security) and application architecture and deployment
- Exposure to Network Monitoring tools Zabbix and custom script development using python, JAVA
