Software and Programming skills

- Proficient in Witness / FlexSim simulation software (Good working skill)
- Creation of model , logical programming , debugging , analysis and improvement proposals.
- Proficient in Siemens -NX - Good working skill
- Experienced in creation of 3D models of parts for Machining , assembly, robot and AGVs.
- Skilled in using the NX for tools , fixture and part collision check and part displacement analysis.
- [Added Advantage] NX CAM simulation experience.
- [Added Advantage] Skill on VBA macro, python .Experience on developing automation tools using VBA, Python

Powertrain Assembly Skills

- Skill on assembly processes, understanding of assembly drawings and work instructions.
- Assembly layout preparation,



understanding of part fitment , alignment and tightening process.
- Working knowledge of jigs, fixtures and assembly tools
- Knowledge of root cause analysis and problem solving for assembly issues.
- Added Advantage] Skill on battery process
- [Added Advantage] Experience in CNC, tools, fixtures, NC programs
- [Added Advantage] Knowledge on GD&T; and NC programming
