Mission

- Create and maintain M-BOMs based on E-BOMs and engineering drawings.
- Convert E-BOM structures into manufacturing-ready BOM structures.
- Ensure correct part numbers, quantities, revisions, and configurations.
- Coordinate with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Production teams.
- Define assembly structures, sub-assemblies, and manufacturing sequences.
- Identify and resolve BOM discrepancies, missing parts, duplicates, and revision issues.
- Support Engineering Change Orders (ECO/ECN) and implement changes in M-BOMs.
- Maintain BOM accuracy in PLM/ERP systems such as Teamcenter, Windchill, SAP, Oracle,



or similar systems.
- Support production during NPI (Current Product Introduction) and product launches.
- Review drawings, specifications, and manufacturing requirements.
- Ensure M-BOMs reflect actual shop-floor manufacturing processes.
- Participate in BOM audits and continuous-improvement activities.
- Prepare BOM reports and maintain proper documentation.
