Must Have :

- Solid experience with Dynatrace platform administration.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Dynatrace One Agent
- Active Gate
- Install, configure, and administer Dynatrace environments.
- Deploy and manage Dynatrace One Agent across servers and applications.
- Configure application performance monitoring (APM), infrastructure monitoring, synthetic monitoring, and real user monitoring (RUM).
- Create dashboards, reports, alerts, and problem notifications.
- Monitor application health, availability, and performance metrics.




- Perform root cause analysis for performance degradation and production incidents.
- Integrate Dynatrace with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, PagerDuty, and Splunk.
- Configure management zones, tagging strategies, and alerting policies.
- Support cloud and containerized environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
- Work with application, middleware, database, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.
- Automate monitoring tasks using Dynatrace APIs and scripting.
- Participate in production support and on-call activities.
