Position Title: Pipeline Pilot Protocol Developer

Job Summary: Looking for an experienced Pipeline Pilot Protocol Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy protocols supporting OneLab and Grid ELN integrations. The role involves hands-on protocol development, integrations, troubleshooting, technical mentoring, and ensuring compliance with GxP validation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Pipeline Pilot protocols end-to-end.

- Build integrations with lab instruments, Oracle databases (ODBC/JDBC), and REST/SOAP APIs.

- Develop reusable subprotocols, templates, and modular components.

- Implement PilotScript-based business logic for data transformation, validation, conditional routing, and report generation.

- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis and performance optimization.

- Support technical mentoring, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

- Maintain protocol design documents, runbooks, deployment records, and other technical documentation.





- Ensure development follows GxP validation standards, including ALCOA+ and IQ/OQ/PQ requirements.

Required Skills:

- Robust hands-on experience with BIOVIA Pipeline Pilot Protocol Development.

- Strong proficiency in PilotScript.

- Experience with CSV, Excel, database handling, and data transformation.

- ODBC/JDBC database integration, preferably Oracle.- REST and SOAP API integration, JSON/XML handling.

- Experience creating reusable subprotocols and modular components.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, performance optimization, deployment, and scheduling experience.

- Experience working in regulated/GxP environments is preferred.
