- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.
- Handle denial management by identifying root causes of denials and implementing strategies for reduction.
- Utilize Voice Processing skills to effectively communicate with customers over the phone while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Participate in revenue cycle management (RCM) processes such as AR calling, denial handling, and follow-up on outstanding balances.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in Medical Billing or Revenue Cycle Management industry.
- Solid knowledge of US Healthcare regulations and guidelines.
- Proficiency in Denials, Denial Management, RCM, AR Billing, AR Calling, Voice Processing skills.
