The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in VCF, vSphere, NSX, and vSAN, with a robust background in architecture design, platform migrations, and optimization. This role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders, platform engineering teams, and enterprise customers to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing Software-Defined Data Center (SDDC) solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture Design & Implementation

- Design and deliver end-to-end VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) architectures for private and hybrid cloud environments.
- Develop High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD) for SDDC deployments, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Create standardized blueprints, reference architectures, and deployment strategies for enterprise-scale cloud platforms.

Platform Leadership





- Lead hands-on deployments and configurations of VCF 9.0, including management and workload domains.
- Provide deep technical expertise across vSphere, NSX, and vSAN, ensuring best practices in scalability, security, and performance.
- Own lifecycle management, upgrades, and patching activities across VCF environments.

Migration & Optimization

- Lead and execute complex cloud migration initiatives, including migrations from legacy VMware platforms (e.g., VVF) to VCF 9.
- Ensure seamless, zero-downtime migrations with improved performance, resilience, and cost optimization.
- Identify and remediate performance bottlenecks, capacity issues, and operational risks.

Automation & Integration

- Implement and manage VMware Aria Suite, including:
- Aria Operations
- Aria Automation
- Aria Lifecycle
- Drive automation, self-service provisioning, and operational efficiency.
