- Collecting and comparing supplier quotations
- Coordinating with suppliers for price, delivery and material requirements
- Maintaining purchase records and documentation
- Following up on pending POs and deliveries
- Coordinating with stores, accounts and other departments
- Supporting day-to-day purchase activities
