A professional who can quickly and accurately process purchase orders in a fast-paced environment. Has excellent stake holders service skills and works well in a team to consistently meet challenging performance targets.

What a typical day looks like:

- Ability to understand purchasing and procurement methods and procedures
- Manage transactional interactions with suppliers.
- Work with suppliers and buyer groups to resolve Pricing and other TCs
- Provide reports, information, analysis etc. , as required, in a timely, professional manner
- Maintain good level of public relations with outside suppliers as well as a strong partnership with internal customers
- Maintain the Vendor Master Records/Updates/Recent Vendor Setup
- Advise stakeholders of modifications from original requests




- Fair knowledge of purchase to pay processes
- Adhere to all organizational procurement policies and procedures
- Team player, high motivation, positive, can-do attitude, flexibility
- Good communication (oral written) skills

The experience we re looking to add to our team:

- Education: Bachelor s Degree or Engineering Graduates
- Experience: Fresher
- Proficiency: ERP/P2P systems BAAN / SAP/ Oracle,
- Mandatory Knowledge of computer software applications, MS Excel, Word PowerPoint (PF)
