Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable data engineering solutions.
- Build and maintain ETL/data pipelines using Python and PySpark.
- Work extensively with AWS services and SQL-based data processing.
- Implement and manage data quality frameworks.
- Lead and mentor a team of data engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvements.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong hands-on experience in Python, AWS, SQL, and Data Engineering.
- Experience with PySpark and Data Quality Frameworks.
- Good knowledge of Snowflake is an added advantage.
- Proven team handling and leadership experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
