Role Summary:
The Process Trainer will train employees on email marketing processes, tools, and best
practices, helping teams stay updated and consistent in their execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct training sessions on email marketing processes and tools
• Prepare and deliver training content, including presentations
• Onboard and train current joiners
• Conduct refresher sessions for existing team members
• Assess training effectiveness and gather feedback
• Coordinate with Team Leads to identify training needs
Requirements:
• B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech (Engineering background)
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Lecturer/Professor
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong PPT creation skills
• Strong interactive/communication skills
Preferred:
• Prior exposure to email marketing or digital marketing concepts is a plus (not
mandatory)
