Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.
- Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as patient access, coding, and revenue cycle management to ensure accurate processing of claims.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in a timely manner.

Job Requirements :

- 1-4 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in the healthcare industry.
- Robust knowledge of accounts receivable processes, including medical billing and revenue cycle management.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity levels.
