Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

- Responsible for taking sales to the next level, taking ownership to drive the same.
- Driving sales through Channel Partner network for the assigned Locations.
- Responsible for appointing new channel partners and managing existing sales.
- Significant contributor in maximizing revenue growth, operational performance & profitability and in controlling costs.
- Evaluate performance of existing Channel Partners, distributor, dealer, retail trade partners on monthly basis.
- To undertake Sales promotion campaigns,



product launches, demonstrations, displays etc.

Channel Development:

- Strategy Development related to Channel Expansion as per business need.
- Channel Development in existing & current areas.
- Managing Channel, Project & Key account Business.
- To identify, recruit and on-board current channel partners within assigned territory.
- Drive Partner tiring, targets, incentives programs and engagement at various levels
- Ensuring healthy relationships with various stakeholders, program teams, marketing, channel partners vendor etc.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in Channel Sales / Distribution handling
- Strong channel partner and relationship management skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to travel within the assigned area.
