Role: Power BI Developer (UK Shift)

Experience: 5-8 years

Location: PAN India, preferably Hyderabad

Job Description:
5 to 8 years of experience in Power BI environment.
Strong Technical skills in Power BI
Responsible for end to end Dashboard Designing.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
Develop and optimize DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs
Perform data transformation using Power Query (M language)
Build and manage semantic models (datasets) and ensure performance optimization
Implement data modeling techniques (star schema, relationships, normalization where required)
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance standards
Publish and manage reports in Power BI Service / Fabric Workspace
Configure row level security (RLS) and access control
Monitor report usage and performance, and optimize accordingly
Support data refresh schedules, troubleshooting, and enhancements




Collaborate with data engineering teams for ETL pipelines (ADF / Fabric Pipelines)
Strong experience in Power BI (Desktop + Service)
Solid proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M)
Experience with data modeling (Star Schema preferred)
Good knowledge of SQL
Experience with Microsoft Fabric / Azure Data Factory / Data Warehouse concepts
Understanding of data governance and data quality principles
Experience with large datasets and performance tuning
Experience with Deneb / Vega Lite custom visuals (optional but strong advantage)
Experience in Microsoft Fabric ecosystem.
