Requirements and Responsibilities:

- Responsible to work on Contract to Hire, contract position
- Sourcing resumes from job portals/engines, databank, employee references, networking / professional websites
- Responsible for taking care of the recruitment process starting from sourcing profiles
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintaining an internal database of consultants as per their skill sets.
- Excellent sourcing skills
- Strong Experience in stakeholder and candidate management
- Assist in developing, implementing and transitioning, customizing processes in line with guidelines specified by the client
- Should have positive technical knowledge
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profiles and to understand overall needs and requirements
- Using Data banks and References to match client requirement
- Screen the candidatures according to the requirement, establishing relationships with clients and candidates
- Handling end to end recruitment cycle, Confident and Interactive personality.Role & responsibilities
