- Understand the work assigned by client and guide the team member in executing the work Resolve team technical issues in Product and Perl/Java development.
- Review the code written by Perl/Java Team or any delivery
- Help team with access and client interface when recent team member has joined the team
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet customer expectations.
