- Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues with healthcare providers.
- Identify and address denial reasons, negotiate settlements, and appeal denied claims.
- Collaborate with hospital administration teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve cash flow.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in revenue cycle management (RCM).
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in the medical services/hospital industry.
- Robust knowledge of RCM processes, including denials management and appeals process.
- Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with healthcare providers over phone calls.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings.
