- Manage employee data in SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy and completeness of personnel records.
- Coordinate onboarding process for new hires, including setup in Employee Central and processing payroll changes.
- Analyze compensation structures to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Collaborate with recruitment team to develop effective recruitment strategies using SAP SuccessFactors tools.
Job Requirements :
- 5-13 years of experience in HRIS administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Time Management, Payroll Processing.
- Robust understanding of compensation planning principles and practices.
- Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
