Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues with patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and address denial reasons by researching claim rejections, appealing denied claims, and following up on outstanding payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as billing, coding, and patient access to resolve complex billing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, insurers, and other stakeholders using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

- 1-4 years of experience in AR calling or RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) role in US Healthcare industry.
- Solid knowledge of medical billing processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone calls.
