- End to end architecture knowledge (EOC/ECM) in overall setting
- Must know about end-to-end call flow for Quote to order and order to provisioning journey.
- Must know in detail about protocols used like SOAP, REST, JMS etc
- Complete knowledge of internal components of EOC/ECM like finders, interfaces, documents, business process etc.
- Must have the knowledge of internal table structure of EOC/ECM.
- Must be aware of catalog driven architecture and how to implement it using EOC/ECM.
- Basic knowledge on Shell scripting and SQL queries.
- Release and Deployment experience on Live environment.
Supporting implementation teams with expertise in telecom/BSS/OSS area
