Primary Skills
Python+ Terraform+RAG+LLM+Azure

Minimum experience:
• 5 years of hands-on experience in role of AI apps development and ml-pipelines
Must have hands-on:
• Python expertise (PyTorch, TensorFlow), Azure, Terraform
• Build & and deploy AI agents using LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, and memory components. Optimize LLMs (Azure OpenAI, private models on GPU infra)
• Must have experience on Azure OpenAI, Computer vision & Azure AI Foundry
• Hands-on with vector databases to support retrieval workflows
• Deployment skills including REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
• Implement prompt engineering and foundational model fine-tuning
• Proficiency in data manipulation tools and languages (e.g., SQL, R).
• Experience writing frontends with React/Vue for AI-driven UIs
• Knowledge of ethical AI, fairness, governance, and cost optimisation
• Experience with RAG, embeddings & vector DB storage
• Robust prompt engineering and model tuning capabilities
• Experience of Machine Learning is a plus
• Stay ahead of AI advancements and integrate best practices in responsible AI
